Comstock has the best record among the district teams at 19-2-0 and enters the postseason on an eight-game winning streak. The Colts were district 37 champions last season. Fennville enters at 9-5-4 and just cracked the Michigan High School Soccer Coaches Association Division 3 poll last week at #20.
It’s the first meeting between the two squads this season. Within District 34, both hold wins over second round foe Schoolcraft, 7-1 for Fennville and 2-1 for Comstock. Against Delton Kellogg, Comstock fell 3-1, while Fennville played them to a scoreless draw. The Colts also hold a win over Parchment, with neither team having met Paw Paw or Hopkins.
