Kalamazoo Christian is 4-4-1 on the season, falling 4-2 to Paw Paw in their most recent match.    They’re 2-0 in SAC play on 6-1 victories over Lawton and Saugatuck.   They also won a non-league contest 2-1 over Fennville in August, topping a team that beat them and finished a spot of ahead of them in 2016.

Hackett have won their listed meetings with Kalamazoo Christian back through 2013, although many have been tight.   The Irish won at K-Christian 4-3 in their 2016 regular season meeting, then downed the Comets 4-0 in their district final duel.
